Zigzag Homestay - Agra (Uttar Pradesh)

The hosts were nice and helpful, providing us with recommendations and a map. They took us to a secret sunset spot with a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal. The hostel is new, cozy, and clean. The staff were really good, making us takeaway food for our train journey and allowing us to stay past check-out time. The location is close to the Taj Mahal and various restaurants and cafes.

The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to a major attraction. It was also situated in a rural area, which added to the overall experience. The staff, particularly the two brothers who ran the hotel, were friendly and competent, providing excellent advice and assistance. The food provided at the hotel was also good, and the street food tour organized by the staff was impressive and delicious.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, particularly in the bathroom. The presence of big ants in the room was also a downside, although they seemed harmless.

No hot water for the shower.

I got great value for my money at Zigzag Homestay. The room was cozy and the rooftop chill zone was a nice touch. The location was good, easily accessible to the Taj Mahal.

The breakfast could use some improvement; it wasn't worth the price.

Incredible staff, always available to assist. They organize sunset tours to a hidden Taj Mahal viewpoint. Great atmosphere, felt like home. Reasonable prices, with delicious food and rooftop for drying clothes. Definitely recommend!

Zigzag people are amazing - helpful and accommodating, especially when our train was delayed. Cosy interiors and a chill zone on the rooftop with a nice view for sunset. All amenities are well-planned, with very good food and a variety of dishes. The location is easily reachable and safe, although a bit off the main road. Moses, Matthew, Simon, and John made us feel like family and provided excellent service. The place is clean and comfortable, and they even have a cute Beagle puppy named Sky. We highly recommend this homestay for a memorable stay in Agra.

Very nice value for money and a cozy room. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Taj Mahal and surrounded by charming cafes and rooftop restaurants. The staff, especially Mr Moses, were very good too make us feel like family friends and provided excellent customer care.

Convenient location near Taj Mahal, ATMs, restaurants, and shops. Helpful staff, free bikes provided, and enjoyable night tour. Clean rooms with working fan and lockers available. Great value for money compared to other hostels in the area.

zigzag homestay was a delightful surprise. from the warm welcome by the owners to their helpful recommendations for sightseeing, they truly made us feel at home. plus, the location was perfect for exploring agra and catching a beautiful sunrise at the taj mahal.
